Situated between the majestic Maanskynberg range and the vast Klein River lagoon, House no 30 is located in the Lagoon Edge Estate(Covid-free) which offers a wide variety of amenities to satisfy the whole family or an opportunity to simply relax.

Only 7 kms from Hermanus, it accommodates 8 people very comfortably.

Conveniently located to visit Herrmanus, its Blue Flag beaches, the Fernkloof Nature reserve, its stunning whale watching cliff paths, a superb 27 hole golf course, Stanford village and Gansbaai, for shark cage diving.

ATTRACTIONS

Lagoon Edge is an extremely popular resort for both families and for couples who want to relax.

It is a secure complex with wide open spaces, rolling lawns, indigenous flowers on carefully maintained paths and a cycle track.

It offers boaters, water skiers, yachtsmen, fisherman and kayakers, access by way of slipways and a protected harbour to the safe, majestic 6 km long lagoon which is home to a wide variety of birds and fish.

There is a 60 meter community swimming pool with a large shallow end for children, two tennis courts, a children's playground , two trampolines, a Boulle court and a volleyball area.

ROOMS

House no 30 is large and easily accommodates 6 people in 3 bedrooms, two of which have large double beds and one with two single beds. One room has a bathroom ensuite, the other two share a bathroom. Both towels and linen are provided.

The kitchen, dining room and lounge are spaciously open planned, leading onto a large patio with a braai area, a Weber and a table seating table 6, looking onto a large lawn and the lagoon. It has a retractable sun blind. The dining room table seats 8 people comfortably. Full bouquet DSTV is available. The kitchen has an eye level oven, a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. It leads onto a private courtyard with an outside sink and clothes lines.

There is safe parking for 2 cars at the house.
